- Barbell Rows: 20kg x 12, 30kg x 12, 40kg x 12, 50kg x 8
- Lat Pulldown: 24kg x 15, 36kg x 12, 42kg x 8, 24kg x 15
- One Armed Rows: 12.5kg x 12, 15kg x 12, 17.5kg x 12, 20kg x 8 (PB!!)
- DB Bench Press: 12.5kg x 2 x 12, 13.5kg x 2 x 12
- Cable Flyes: 3x12
