First up, some background; I started lifting in 2012 when I began training for a Powerlifting competition. Unfortunately, an injury hindered my Powerlifting progress, so around June 2013, I began training for hypertrophy, basically following a more traditional Bodybuilding routine. In September, I started working with a personal trainer who has competed in NZIFBB competitions to help me hone in on my goal of competing in the Figure Class in 2014.
My Current best lifts are;
- Squat: 80 kg x 2
- Bench; 50 kg x 1
- Deadlift: 112.5 kg x 1
